Webinar - Creating & supporting gender equality from classroom to boardroom

We are pleased to inform you that Minoti didi was part of the august gathering of panelists who shared their experiences and thoughts on “creating & supporting gender equality from classroom to boardroom’’. This event was hosted by Room to Read India on 10th March 2021. 

The webinar brought together women leaders with a idea to have a variety of speakers from leadership positions sharing their diverse views and perspectives on what works best for creating a gender-equal world. The panelists talked about their journeys, their solutions, and how best to do this together on a large scale. Their stories of negotiation and perseverance inspired us to contribute in creating a gender-equal world.

Minoti didi shared her own experience about gender inequality and how she has created a safe space not only for children but also for all men & women working at shikshantar. She also shared few practices adopted by shikshantar to create and promote a gender-equal ecosystem and its impact on the larger community.
