Job profile

We have a vacancy for the post of Manager Finance and Accounts. The individual should have a strong background in handling accounts & finance the school industry. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent skills to ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and policies. The responsibilities will include identifying cost-saving opportunities and making recommendations to the school administration for the same.

Educational Qualifications and skills:

● Proven work experience (8-10 years) from the school industry will be preferred.

● Postgraduate in Accounting and Finance from a reputed institution.

● Excellent written,verbal communication and drafting skills.

● Strong knowledge of ERP.

● Proficiency in frequently used computer software and programs, such as Microsoft Office especially MS Excel.

Requirements:

● Head the department of Accounts and Finance

● Experience in Preparation of Financial Statements and annual budget.

● Assist Internal & Statutory Auditors during audit.

● Good Proficiency in MS-Excel, MS-Word and PowerPoint Presentation.

● Manage attendance and payroll.

● Manage school Fee - Process invoices, receipts, and payments in a timely manner.

● Reconcile vendor accounts and bank statements.

● Prepare and file quarterly TDS returns (contractor/professional/salary etc).

They should be able to encourage children to critically engage with and question the world around them and connect these to their own experiences and observations.

    • Requirements: For Senior School, candidates are required to have a postgraduate degree in their respective subject areas. Candidates are required to have a B.Ed degree with 4-5 years of teaching experience at the relevant grade level. Candidates who have experience with ICSE and ISC curriculum will be preferred.
