Requirements:
Middle & Senior School candidates are required to have a graduate/ postgraduate degree in their respective subject areas. Candidates are required to have a B.Ed degree. Candidates who have experience with ICSE and ISC curriculum will be preferred .
We are looking for compassionate and versatile facilitators who can work with the children to create or enhance curiosity towards their subject. At Shikshantar, our facilitators should be able to create a joyful, safe, and non-judgmental environment in which children feel free to express themselves. They should be able to encourage children to critically engage with and question the world around them to connect the dots with their own experiences and observations.

Store Executive
Requirements:
- The individual should have 2-4 years of experience in store or inventory management (school experience preferred).
- Must have sound knowledge of preparing Purchase Orders (PO) and vendor coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software.
- Strong organisational, record-keeping, and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail with a systematic and disciplined approach to work.
- Values efficiency, accuracy, and structured systems.
- Understands the importance of timely resource availability in a school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that inventory, procurement, and store processes are handled with accountability and clarity, so that the curricular experiences of children are well-supported and remain uninterrupted.
- Managing and maintaining school-wide inventory including stationery, books, food material, lab materials, and other supplies.
- Preparing Purchase Orders (PO) and coordinating with the Purchase team for timely procurement.
- Monitoring stock levels, conducting regular audits, and ensuring proper storage and organisation.
- Handling issuance and distribution of materials (consumable or non-consumable) to various departments as per requirements.
- Maintaining accurate records of stock in Excel and inventory management software.
- Responsible for ensuring timely procurement and efficient distribution of materials to support the smooth functioning of operations.
- Coordinating day-to-day store operations and ensuring availability of resources for smooth functioning.
- Maintaining documentation of inward and outward stock movement and vendor records.
- Supporting cost control through effective inventory planning and minimizing wastage.
- Ensuring compliance with school processes and supporting audit requirements.
- Collaborating with admin, accounts, and academic teams for seamless operations.
Admin Manager
Requirements:
- 10-15 years of experience in school administration with any graduate or post-graduate degree.
- Strong leadership skills grounded in empathy, accountability, and collaboration.
- Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- A mature & long-sighted approach in mindset.
- Preferred experience from the education and/or hospitality sector, given its strong service orientation and attention to detail.
- A person who believes that a thoughtful system & a nurturing environment contribute to children’s learning, and who can balance structure with sensitivity, will thrive in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and streamlining school-wide administrative operations.
- Developing and implementing SOPs for consistency and efficiency.
- Coordinating day-to-day campus functioning and resource utilisation.
- Budget planning, financial monitoring and vendor management.
- Overseeing infrastructure maintenance, safety and space development.
- Supervising and mentoring administrative and support staff.
- Ensuring compliance with educational and regulatory requirements.
- Supporting technology integration in collaboration with the IT team.
- Maintaining warm, professional relations with parents and community stakeholders.
- Ensuring that administrative systems, infrastructure and daily operations support the school’s ethos of care, dignity and meaningful learning experiences for children.
Executive Assistant to a Senior Person
- The individual should have 5+ years of experience in executive or personal assistance roles.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management or related field is preferred.
- He should have strong organizational, multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Key Responsibilities:
- Sufficient knowledge of finance to assist in handling personal and business investment portfolios.
- Coordinate and track property-related matters, including property tax payments, due dates, and documentation.
- Manage rental properties and tenant sourcing, placement & all communications with tenants.
- Support in reviewing basic financial documents and balance sheets, and flag discrepancies or items needing further attention. Maintain schedules of investment maturities, tax filing deadlines.
- Liaison and meet with the bank, CA, lawyers as and when required.
- Handle confidential documents, communications, and sensitive information with discretion.
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
- Maintain records, files, and documentation for easy retrieval.
- Draft, proofread and manage official correspondence, emails, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain communication flow between the office and other departments.
- Organize and schedule high-level meetings, board meetings, and events.
- Plan and manage domestic and international travel arrangements, including visas, itineraries, accommodations, insurances, and local transportation. Ensure seamless execution of travel plans with minimal disruption.
- Conduct basic research, prepare summaries, and provide support as needed.
Manager IT
Requirements:
- At least 6-8 years of experience in the Manager IT position preferred.
- Must have a Masters degree in Computer Applications / Information Technology.
- Adaptable & sensitive to the inclusive environment of a progressive school.
- Flexible to extended work hours on certain days of exceptional work load.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring IT infrastructure for the school is well equipped & maintained
- Conducting routine evaluations of network & data security.
- Checking all details before Virtual classes.
- Creating and implementing the organization’s IT policy & SOPs.
- Arranging IT system in workshops & training programs for staff.
- Performing routine system audits.
- Software - Checking record of computer hardware and software. Working on the requirement of computers.
- Running routine system operations reports.
- Smoothly handle Website, ERP, EPBX & Fireballs
- Establishing and organizing deadlines for major IT projects such as system updates, migrations, upgrades, & outages.
- Managing & reporting on IT budget allocation.
- Keeping up-to-date with new developments & technological advancements to improve IT infrastructure and services.
Estate Supervisor
