Vasant Panchami and 74th Republic day celebration 2023  

Senior school welcomed the morning with colours of Vasant Panchami and Indian tricolour.The Shikshantar family came together for the 74th Republic Day by lighting the Diya and unfurling the national flag and singing our national anthem. 

Vasant panchami symbolizes celebration of creativity in all its forms. It could not have been a better day but Vasant Panchami to begin our association witn SPIC MACAY. We integrated the school celebration with an enthralling performance by Kathak exponent  Dr. Vidha Lal, of Jaipur Gharana. Vidha Lal is conferred with Bismillah Khan Yuva Puraskar by central Sangeet Natak Akademi, Kalpana Chawla excellence award and many more. 

She captured the attention of children by involving them in an interactive session of identifying rhythm and beats in music. The children gave ‘Taal’ to her dance and were captivated by the dancer who holds a Guinness world record for taking the maximum number of spins in a min (103 in 60 sec).
