GOONJ: A Celebration of Music and Student Engagement

On Friday, 17th July 2026, Shikshantar’s Performing Arts Committee organized GOONJ: Lunch with Music, a musical experience held during the lunch break at Daana-Paani. This event proved that meaningful artistic expression thrives on authenticity, passion, and a genuine connection between performer and audience.

The program featured two songs that resonated deeply with the senior school students. The commitment of each artist to their craft was evident. Whether on the guitar, commanding the cajón, or on the vocals, each musician was fully immersed in their performance. The attendees were carried away not merely by the memory of the two songs, but by being a part of something real.
