Purpose Items/documents to be submitted
Photographs (For school ID cards & School records) 5 recent passport size photographs of both parents. 8 recent passport size photographs of the Child.
Proof of Age of the Child Birth Certificate with Child’s name or copy of Passport (whichever is available). Class X Board Marksheet in case a child has applied for Classes XI-XII.
Residence Proof of either parent (Any 2 documents from the list) Utility Bills/ Aadhar Card/ Ration card / Passport/ Telephone bill (Landline only) /Lease or Rent agreement.
Photo ID proof Photocopy of Aadhar card / Passport – Child & both parents
Original transfer Certificate (For admission in class I upwards) It can be submitted before the child joins the new school session
In case of separation/divorce/ adoption / single parent Supporting Legal documents
In case of a sibling Admission A copy of sibling’s Shikshantar ID card
