A committed Core Team of three members is guiding the school. They have been involved with innovative school education as teachers, trainers, counsellors, school leaders and designers for more than fifteen years.

Shikshantar is promoted by Unitech South City Educational Charitable Trust (USECT), the social and cultural development division of Unitech, a reputed multinational company.
