| 2) Enter only one preferred Email ID & Mobile Number under the basic information. These will be used for sending any communication from school. If two email IDs or mobile numbers are entered, then the school will choose any one email IDs & Mobile number for communication purposes.

| 3) Do not enter any invalid special character like comma (,), hash (#), exclamation (!), dollar ($), percentage (%) etc.

| 4) Enter Address. (Current home address) and Permanent home Address in respective boxes. If both are same, you are requested to enter twice instead of writing .Same as above
|
| 5) Do not use abbreviations like Sec for Sector, Gr for ground, GGN for Gurgaon.

7) Do not use Single Quotes (.) or Double Quotes (.) in any textbox. |

2) Select Father/Mother Occupation from the list given. If not present in existing list choose "Others".

3) Do not use Single Quotes (') or Double Quotes (") in any textbox.

4) Do not prefix the data with blank space/spaces (ie. Do not press Spacebar before entering the information).

CLASS APPLIED FOR: - Please select the class you wish to apply for, from the dropdown list. The class should be corresponding to the age eligibility.

|
|
DATE OF BIRTH: - Refer to the age eligibility criteria by clicking 'Age Eligibility' If you are re-locating from another town/city/country or for some special reasons and you feel that your child is eligible for a lower or higher class please click 'other and submit a separate letter explaining your situation in detail. On the basis of your letter your application may be considered separately. |

CURRENT HOME ADDRESS: - Applications for non Gurgaon residents for Playgroup to Class I will not be accepted. Applications for class II and above from Delhi * will also be considered.

In case of current Delhi /outstation address the following documents should be submitted to Ms. Ritu Sharma / Ms. Seema Singh on the day of 'Parent Introduction Session' .

1. Proof of transfer .

2. Proof of seeking residence in Gurgaon (or having made arrangement for arrangements for residence in Gurgaon) to be submitting along with the registration form.
